Loan Process

We begin process your loan when we receive your completed preliminary inquiry. Most loans can be approved in 6 business days and closed in 10 days.

Process 1: Telephone Inquiry
Takes a few minutes on the phone.

Process 2: Return Completed Inquiry
You complete the inquiry and return it to us along with a proof of income, copy of current mortgage statement, copy of current utility bill and proof of insurance.

Process 3: Loan Underwriting
Once we receive your inquiry, we begin processing your loan. Our loan underwriting includes:

  • Inquiry Review
  • title check
  • property verification

We will notify you promptly if your loan application is not accepted for any reason.

Process 4: Schedule Closing
When your loan is approved, we will notify you and arrange a time that is convienient for your closing.

Process 5: Paid Property Tax Receipt
Soon after closing, you will receive your paid receipt from the taxing authority.
