Can you make a loan on all of my properties, all at once?

Yes, we can lend on one or on many properties (subject to particular circumstances), and close all of the loans on the same day. Most importantly, each property will have its own loan, so it will be easy to follow and to understand.

Can you rescue me from past and present tax obligations?

Yes, we can instantly satisfy current and past-due obligations, interest and fee related to collections of past-due taxes.

Can you rescue me if I don't have delinquent taxes?

Yes, we can simply pay your new taxes as they come due in January.

Can you rescue me again next year?

Yes, we can when property values are increasing and the following years taxes are coming due.
